Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Taack platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Techxture Media Ltd. operates the platform, and by using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Taack is a ticketing platform for event organizers and patrons. The platform is free for creating free events. Service fees apply for paid ticket transactions as specified in the Merchant Agreement.

2. Age Restrictions

For events involving alcohol, patrons must be 18 years or older. Merchants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local age restrictions.

3. Account Termination

Taack reserves the right to terminate merchant accounts immediately if the user violates platform policies or engages in fraudulent activities.

4. Refunds

Ticket purchases are generally final. Refunds are typically only issued if an event is cancelled, or when the organiser decides a refund is appropriate. Approved refunds are usually returned less processing fees. Patrons may transfer tickets within the platform if the organiser allows it. For full details, see our Refund Policy.

5. Payment Plans (Reservations)

Some organisers let you reserve a ticket and pay for it in instalments over time ("Payment Plans"). A Payment Plan is a reservation, not a loan or a line of credit. Taack does not lend or advance you any money: you pay the deposit and each scheduled instalment yourself, directly, as your own separate card payments. You pay no interest and no financing charge — the total you pay under a Payment Plan is the same as the ticket's normal price. Your ticket is issued only once the plan is paid in full; until then your reservation simply holds the ticket while you pay. If you miss a payment, you have a short grace period set by the organiser before the reservation may be released and the plan closed. How any amounts you have already paid are handled (for example, refunded less processing fees, partially refunded, or retained) follows the organiser's stated missed-payment policy for that ticket. 6. Disputes and Support

Taack provides support to patrons for disputes with merchants but does not handle disputes regarding platform usage issues.
