Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Taack platform, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Techxture Media Ltd. operates the platform, and by using it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

Taack is a ticketing platform for event organizers and patrons. The platform is free for creating free events. Service fees apply for paid ticket transactions as specified in the Merchant Agreement.

2. Age Restrictions

For events involving alcohol, patrons must be 18 years or older. Merchants are responsible for ensuring compliance with local age restrictions.

3. Account Termination

Taack reserves the right to terminate merchant accounts immediately if the user violates platform policies or engages in fraudulent activities.

4. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not allowed on ticket sales. Patrons may transfer tickets to others within the platform if permitted by the merchant. In case of event cancellation, the merchant coordinates refunds or issues coupons for future events.

5. Disputes and Support

Taack provides support to patrons for disputes with merchants but does not handle disputes regarding platform usage issues.
