Refund Policy

We want ticket buying on Taack to feel clear and fair. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for ticket purchases made on the platform. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. General Ticket Policy

Ticket purchases are final. In most cases, refunds are not available once your order is complete.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, deciding not to attend, selecting the wrong event or ticket type, incorrect purchaser details, duplicate purchases made in error by the buyer, or tickets bought by someone else on your behalf.

Where available, ticket transfers may be a better option than a refund. Transfer options depend on the event organiser's settings.

2. When Refunds May Be Issued

Refunds are typically considered only in these situations:

Outside of verified technical issues, refund decisions sit with the event organiser. Taack can help coordinate the process, but we do not automatically refund tickets for personal reasons.

If an event is postponed, your ticket usually remains valid for the new date and time unless the organiser decides otherwise.
