Merchant Agreement

This Merchant Agreement ("Agreement") is between Taack, operated by Techxture Media Ltd., and the merchant ("you"). By using the Taack platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Service Fees

No service fees are charged for free tickets. For paid tickets, Taack charges a service fee of 7% + $1.80 TTD. You can adjust how this fee is passed on to patrons. All fees will be deducted from the total ticket sales before payouts.

2. Payouts

Payouts will be made within three (3) business days of the event's completion. In special cases, you may request early payouts, which are subject to approval.

3. Refunds & Ticket Transfers

No refunds are allowed on tickets unless the event is canceled. Merchants must coordinate refunds or issue coupons for future events. Taack supports ticket transfers within the platform.

4. Event Cancellations

In the event of cancellation, the merchant is responsible for issuing refunds or event coupons. Taack will assist patrons through the process.

5. Termination

If you violate any policies, Taack reserves the right to terminate your account immediately.

6. Disputes

Taack offers support to patrons for disputes with merchants. However, Taack is not responsible for resolving disputes between merchants and patrons.
