Merchant Agreement

This Merchant Agreement ("Agreement") is between Taack, operated by Techxture Media Ltd., and the merchant ("you"). By using the Taack platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.

1. Service Fees

No service fees are charged for free tickets. For paid tickets, Taack charges a service fee of 7% + $1.80 TTD. You can adjust how this fee is passed on to patrons. All fees will be deducted from the total ticket sales before payouts.

2. Payouts

Payouts will be made within three (3) business days of the event's completion. In special cases, you may request early payouts, which are subject to approval.

3. Refunds & Ticket Transfers

Ticket sales are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued when an event is cancelled, or at your discretion for individual orders. Approved refunds are typically returned less processing fees. Taack can help process refunds on your instruction. Ticket transfers are supported within the platform when you enable them. See the Refund Policy for patron-facing terms.

4. Event Cancellations

If you cancel an event, you are responsible for deciding how ticket holders are made whole (refund, credit, or another remedy). Taack will assist with processing refunds when you request them.

5. Payment Plans (Reservations)

If you enable Payment Plans for a ticket, patrons may reserve that ticket and pay for it in instalments. A Payment Plan is a prepayment reservation, not a loan, a credit sale, or a financing arrangement, and neither you nor Taack lends or advances any money to the patron. The patron pays the deposit and each instalment directly as separate card charges and pays no interest or financing fee — the plan total always equals the ticket's standard price. Inventory is reserved while a plan is active and released if the plan is cancelled or defaults, and the ticket is issued only once the plan is paid in full. You configure each plan's deposit, instalment schedule, grace period, and missed-payment policy (keep payments, refund less fees, refund less the deposit, or handle manually), and you are responsible for the settings you choose. Payouts for plan payments follow the standard payout terms above, after the relevant amounts are collected.

6. Termination

If you violate any policies, Taack reserves the right to terminate your account immediately.

7. Disputes

Taack offers support to patrons for disputes with merchants. However, Taack is not responsible for resolving disputes between merchants and patrons.
